No other top KY considered UK. I find it highly unlikely Harris would have never stepped foot on campus for an unofficial visit

No shot, he said he wouldn't have considered UK if Joker was still here. Said the staff made an impression on him making him one of the first in state guys they came to see.
If I'm not mistaken Harris was committed to Michigan during Jokers final year.

Joker was fired in November of 2012, he committed to Michigan in the summer of 2013 and decommitted early 2014.
Joker wouldn't have wasted a lot of time trying to get his commit, and probably rightfully so, without a lot of the massive changes in the commitment to football at UK there would have been no chance. And in addition to those changes we have had a massive change in the recruiting ability of our staff.
Joker and staff went after some higher tier guys. Corey Lemonier, Braxton Miller, etc.....guys that ended up being really good college players. But he found it hard to even get them on campus. I would imagine that he would've struggled to bring in Harris too.
UH NO but maybe UH Hell NO ! Damien didn't even want Joker wasting his time that's why he made a early commitment to Michigan.
I would say no, but considering that he did not recruit Barker (if I remember that correctly) then he may have sent a cursory letter and left it at that.

Joker would not have gotten Jason Hatcher, Ryan Timmons, Drew Barker, or Matt Elam. So he would have rose up & landed Harris, who is even higher rated and more highly sought after than those 4 Kentucky kids?
