Enough last night to give us a chance to win. Bases loaded and no outs in the 5th and we can't make contact with 3 strike outs. Georgia has a young team like us, them playing at home does give them the edge, I just hope we win today and it doesn't come down to a must win Sunday. No doubt we are still a team with work in progress. We need to take the next two with Florida coming to Starkville next week, but I'm afraid we may only win one this weekend.

Gotta give Jones some credit for stepping it up, I've been pretty sour on his past but just maybe he is about to come around, we need someone other than Stratton to be a solid pitcher. No doubt Georgia has our number the last 10 years or so.

that's just the way it was meant to be. Better players just being better. Can't ask for a better set up for an inning or better personnel to have at the plate besides Collins, Parks and Freeman. **** happens.

haven't seen as much this year, but having guys in scoring position with 0 or 1 out... you pretty much HAVE to get them around. ESPECIALLY having the bases loaded with no outs... we gave them way too much momentum from that. Defense and pitching really stepped up for them after that. It's those situations we really have to try to bust the game open and run away with it. We didn't (couldn't) do that... and that is frustrating.
