Yes he is committed Crackers and signed. He is a super athletic 174 pounder who will only get better in college. Great kid from Cranford NJ
Chapman bumped up to 190 today to take on #1 in Country Ludington. Lost 16-6, give him credit for bumping up for the challenge.

That's pretty cool. It's pretty obvious that he's seeking the tougher opponents. Kid enters all the off season tournaments. I really do think the sky is high with him. I think he'll jump levels in college.
