Snell bouncing off defender at the 5yl for TD was pretty impressive. I expected him to fall or stumble.

They are absolute ballers...We have some great, young talent. Jordan Jones looks like an All American.

Using Snell when the opponent was getting tired was genius. Snell might not get those yards early in the game so using Boom to wear them down and Snell to crush them worked exceptionally well. Kudos to the staff .
Besides parts of the SMU and Florida game, the offensive staff seems much more competent. Gran and Hinshaw are doing some really good things.

Disagree. I like the way we used Jojo to relieve Boom during most of the game then brought in Snell
in the 4th. It's good strategy to bring in a physical runner against a tired defense.

Reminds me how steelers use to use Jerome Betis in 4th qtr.

That's just because you're jaded by history. Snell isn't the kind of back who hits the ground at first contact. He's a power runner who keeps churning and drags tacklers for those extra few hard yards.

Agreed. It's not always what you see but also what you don't. Jojo is one of the best route runners, pass catchers, and pass blockers among the RBs. He plays for a reason.

Didn't say he shouldn't play just said he shouldn't get any carries. Pass blocking and catching passes out of the backfield are fine.

Definitely love both of those guys, but I think Denzil Ware is my favorite player on this team. His hustle, his attitude, his leadership...just awesome.

Alot of people are writing off the kids out of Ohio as "overrated". Snell and Jones are Ohio kids and can flat out play, quick kids that can play physical.

So if you're an opponent's defense and you saw a guy run out on offense to play.....and you know that he is only used in passing situations.....gee, I wonder what play they'll choose?

Jojo's got a 4.9 yds/carry average during his career at UK.....including 5.7 yds/carry last yr.

He's one of the many playmakers we have at the skill positions. There's a reason he's playing.

Snell is right where he needs to be. Use Boom and Kemp to wear down the Dline and then the 4th quarter, Snell snell snell snell.

I agree about Gran. He knows how to call a game. I kept waiting for him to get cute in the 4th quarter like Spurrier would do against us. To his credit, he kept feeding Snell like he should have.

These two guys are great reasons UK fans should continue to support the program. Watching them compete is a joy. Jones is amazing in that he's really undersized but has terrific quickness, instincts, and toughness. Snell is a young Artose Pinner...about 5-10 225, with shifty moves and tremendous physicality.
