He has no problem with him letting that shot go.-- Eilert says Kerr Kriisa is an intelligent player and his IQ is really high but he knows the plays and he's been practicing. With Kriisa in the game, they'll have both him and Kobe Johnson to facilitate the offense so having another guy out there will be crucial for them. Eilert feels like adding Kriisa will be a healthy adjustment to their team and he feels like their production will increase with less minutes by adding a new person in the rotation. He says that Johnson has done a good job working on the fly and calling plays on the fly. He feels that Johnson has done an excellent job at point guard, so it'll be huge to have that luxury.</blockquote>
