If this happened at a pool party, there are plenty of witnesses and these guys will be arrested. What you have is an upset mother that lost her son fora stupid idioticreason that is looking for answers. And if the JSU administration didn't call her to inform her of her sons death, then that is unexplainable and they will have to answer for that. If it is JSU football players responcible, they are not above the law and will be prosecuted.
