Thought the 1A board should shout out this man. Turn on the TV on Sundays and see him playing next to the Honey Badger every week! As a rookie! What a great guy and player. His teammates and him played awesome football and basketball in 1A with Altavista that came away with 5 state championships combined.

Between Juan and the Edmunds Brothers (X3) from Dan River The Dogwood District is pretty well represented with not only good players, but class acts!........Pretty good for a small school, small town district!!
I still watch his VHSL basketball title game highlights on youtube about once per year.....
