What is the exact day our Juco guys have to sign by to be able to report next semester? I'm assuming Newton would be in this category along with the guys from GCCC.

I believe football only has one signing period and that is in Feb. They can report for the spring semester but don't officially sign a LOI unitl Feb.

He said if he had to, he would. But he didn't have to. His ho just needed a little shaking and her arm happened to break. No biggie.

The "exact day" that mid-year JUCOs may FIRST sign their NLI is December 16, 2009. But the mid-year JUCO signing period runs from December 16, 2009 to January 15, 2010.

And, yes, Newton is projected as a mid-year Blinn graduate, meaning he needs his *** at the f'n Bizhub ready to hit send at 12:00:01 AM on 12/16/09

and later transferred to a JUCO, does he actually have to graduate from Blinn or can he just transfer whenever he wants to and be eligible at a 4 year school?

he can transfer in Dec. whether he graduates JUCO or not. Only non-qualifiers have to graduate in Dec. to transfer in Dec.
