Scout hasn't evaluated him yet, so he's not rated. But has anyone seen him in person, and if so is he a quality pickup?

Tyler Russell is going to be starting and thowing 50 passes a game while averaging 400 yards a game.

6'4, 220lb QB with a strong arm and wonder "what if" as pass after pass is batted down at the line of scrimmage.

I hope we continue to redshirt him, but to say the idea of him playing is crazy just isn't being reasonable.

but it is our reality. I hate Crooms for being in this situation. Jackie left a mess, but at least he left Crooms with a QB, an NFL RB, an NFL lineman, and a couple of NFL players on defense. Mullen has been left with crap.

Russell just isnt ready to play. Few Freshmen at the QB position. And even if he was, our WR's are terrible. They are still learning how to play as well. We were actually better at WR last year than we are this year. But that will change by next season. You can rush the rebuilding we have to do. Its just what we have to go through

We aren't going to have any Junior WR's on the roster next year and only 1 Senior so it makes sense to bring in a Juco to give us another veteran. Keep in mind that one December Juco grad can count toward last year's class since we only brought in 24.

Bolden leads Juco in TD's and is 3rd in yards. He is only about 5'10 or 5'11, 165, but he is really quick and has great hands. Think Wes Welker at the NFL level and think Jacoby Ford of Clemson or Titus Young of Boise State on the college level.

We also aren't looking too great with HS receivers. Malcom Johnson is committed and we have a decent shot at Vincent Sanders and Robert Johnson, but that's pretty much it. Hopefully one day we will find a 6'3 WR that can run and catch.

Wilder can do both now, but it doesn't matter if we can't get him the ball.

Wilder was open on the bomb we underthrew, but rarely any other times. Tyson nearly indented his chest on a 10 yard route at Vandy- he didn't even get a paw on it

Wilder has been playing football for about four years including HS and a grey shirt and RS season. He is still learning how to play, and he's only a Fr.

I have seen MGCCC play and he is a player with speed and he has two teammates I'd love to see us sign. Carmon and Ballard. Both will go D-1 and could help us next year.

if it's the same bolden i'm thinking of. he was pretty quick, but ocean springs didn't throw a whole lot, and he was only a sophomore or junior, so i'm not sure how he is now. needs to put some weight on though.

I read that Ballard did receive an offer and is very high on us. I'm thinking he could commit soon also. With 3 senior running backs leaving this year I think he'd be a good pick up.
