I believe Battle is a legitimate case (transferring for mental health reasons) to be eligible immediately and I hope the chips fall his way. Now with that said, if the restrictions are removed, the NCAA might as well call themselves "PRO sports lite". To still try and call it amateur athletics is absurd in my opinion. Could be wrong

IMO NCAA lost that so called amateur athletics several years ago. This ruling could be the final straw that unravels the last bit of power they thought they had. It's time to dump the NCAA and put in a commissioner much like the NFL and NBA.

Absolutely agree.... time to just get it over with. There's no going back to what it was.

great news. even if battle doesn’t play, the ncaa should be made to justify why some schools get preferential treatment.

Noah Farrakhan is also eligible for these 14 days. Both will play Saturday as well as Kiirsa.

We now have bodies. Will the coaching still be the same poor grade or will they improve.
