Juice Wells to enter transfer portal?

In the NIL contracts language needs to be added that if the player has eligibility remaining and if he leaves at the end of the year he has to give all the money back. I'm sure lawyers can word it better than me.

If NIL MUST exist, it must be tied to participation/performance. It's absurd that's totally no-strings-attached.

Wouldn’t think that would be legal nor enforceable.

Peter Nakos (On3) is reporting that South Carolina WR transfer Juice Wells is expected to visit both Texas and Ole Miss this weekend.

Orangebloods confirmed earlier in the week that Wells is one of several WR targets that the Longhorns have an interest in.
