Most everyone has a camera in the junction. So if you see someone making a mess we should take pics of them and post them here or email [email protected] This could be a lot of fun. "THESE PEOPLE TRASHED THE JUNCTION" and then have all the pics.

Something to the effect, "If, like me, you were sickened by the lack of respect for our campus and other people shown by some individuals last weekend, we are asking for your help. In the future, the University will be placing more trash receptacles in the Junction, but this problem goes beyond the issue of not having sufficient trash cans. If you see others abusing their privilege to use and enjoy the Junction, please photograph their actions and provide any identifying information you are able to acquire to my attention."

8-10 extra policemen whose sole responsibility is to issue littering citations. They need to be specifically told to act like hardasses and let no one slide. Pretty soon, word would spread to clean up your ****. Problem solved. You could cut the police count at least in half after the initial crackdown. Fear of a 100 trash ticket alone is enough to stop most people.

Or, you could simply sell the plots. Not expensive, maybe $300 a year, thats $50 a game, then you would have a name accountable for that spot. You would do it like they did LFL, line up on a wednesday and sell the things....Thoughts?

can get a tax break. I've said it before. They are missing out on some serious semolians by not charging for the spots and not charging enough for LFL trailers.

I dont think asking people to pay more money to come see the product that our football team is showing is a good idea. Yes, it is sad that some people always have to ruin things, but declaring martial law in the junction would not be my solution. And if you make me pay one more cent to see the travesty that they call bulldog football, I will go to even less games. Lets face it the junction is a much bigger draw at this point than any of our games. I do not lose any sleep on the amount of money that MSU has failed to pry out of my wallet, I have given them plenty.
