we have sucked *** in previous games... but I really like some things I saw.
Moultrie gives us a defensive/rebounding presence we haven't had for some time in the blocks.
Sid could really be awesome and I saw some of what Rick sees tonight, but he really has to get in shape to help us and make the NBA.
With Hood and Smith on our team it takes a lot of pressure off Dee to carry the load and he looks much more relaxed and can let the game come to him.
Smith may be the best freshman guard we have ever had. I am amazed at his ability and drive.
As a team I saw more hustle in one game than I have seen the entire last two seasons... hell, maybe longer than that.
I am gonna go ahead and pony up for Full Court so I can see our network games in Texas.
I will agree with C34 on one thing, with this much talent on our squad we should be more than the bubble team of the past. We are gonna have some **** games due to relying on fresmens, but by the end of the season we could really be bad ***.

In fact, after he gets in shape & discovers his chemistry within the team, he shooting stats are going to be consistently good.

Totally agree. We were lucky to hit shots early and build a lead. I thought the offense looked really good. Was really glad to see us challenge the inside and run plays for it. Bost's late three pointer was a huge, clutch basket. Stans did a good job. As I said below, I think Stans might be making a comeback.
We were lucky TAM was a little low energy. Just like we were unlucky with Akron's passion. Tomorrow night is a great opportunity. Hope we can take it.
