what was the majority's opinion on selling tickets more than face value? The reason I ask is because I just sold a pair of club west side chair back tickets to the game Saturday for a $100 (for the pair) and the guy complained. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Just as long as you sell them to an MSU fan. Nothing pisses me off more than having to sit next to or near the enemy.

Mine in section E are a strange number like $38.79 or something. If I recall, most folks were against it, especially the first few to reply.

If I can't go, I usually just give mine away to a friend.

As a side note, someone is trying to sell 2 tix in the chairbacks for $1000/pair on ebay.

$50 a piece for chairbacks is a bargain. Upper deck tickets on stubhub are going for more than that. I just think they didn't want people putting club level tickets up for $500 each.

Considering you had to pay $500-$600 per seat to buy the tickets, you still sold them under face. Let's say they were in the $500 section. Divided by 7 home games that is roughly $70 a ticket. Then the ticket is like $34.56 or something like that, so you paid about $105 each for the tickets. I say call the guy back and ask him if he wants to pay face. When he says yes, tell him that will be another $100.

I've bought 3 pair of tickets this year. Got 1 set for free, paid $65 for 1 set, and $80 for egg bowl pair. $100/pr is fine considering what it would cost to buy season tickets.
