I think they get their other backs more involved too. Would like to see how much their top two backs have in addition to Manziel vs what Perk and JRob have in addition to Dak. Dak is damn near all of our rushing

Interesting. Based on these stats, we should win if Dak plays the entire game. And lately we haven't had a huge home field advantage anyway, so playing in College Station won't make much difference.

How is he "damn near all of our rushing"? Perk has 160 and change in the last 2 games, averaging over 5 YPC.

Of course not.

Just as serious as ... so far we've won every other game. Extrapolating from that, we should lose to Kentucky, A&M, and Arkansas. And beat South Carolina, Alabama, and the Bears.

The point wasn't to compare A&M's overall rushing offense to ours, or to compare passing stats. Obviously Dak doesn't have the same numbers through the air or else we'd probably be undefeated and he'd be in a two man race for the Heisman with JFF. But I thought it was interesting that when compared to arguably the greatest running QB in college football history, through half the season Dak has been the better runner against slightly better competition, statistically. It may all go to hell in a hand basket during the 2nd half of the schedule but right now I think its pretty awesome.

Exactly, and he still only has 200+ yards on the season while Dak is somewhere close to 500. Wasn't trying to make it a "Dak is our Running game, all hail Dak" post, just pointing out that Dak is our leading rusher by 200 yards. That is a good percentage of our rushing game, especially if you're looking at just the decent teams we've played.
