Said the SEC is pressuring the Gator Bowl to offer MSU if the Chik-fil-a takes South Carolina.

Also, says the Outback officials started the whole ranking, ratings, who is supposed to go where cluster17 that we now have on our hands.

CFB rep said this morning if Outbackchose their team according to the gentleman's agreement the rest of the bowls adhere to, State would be in Atlanta. Ofcourse, he said, the Outback doesn't play well with others and would do whatever the hell they want with no regard for the other bowls.

The Outback needs to be dropped from the SEC affiliation. I can think of several similar bowls that would quickly jump on board an SEC tie-in. Who needs the Outback? All it's done is anger teams within the SEC on an almost yearly basis. And it's really not that great of a bowl. 7-5 Penn St. or 7-5 Iowa? Awesome.

There would be a line a mile long of bowls who'd love to have an SEC tie-in. Pretty much any bowl east of New Mexico would kill to get on this gravy train.

piss them off, we should pick up the St. Pete Bowl and kick CUSA out of that spot and set up shop down the street.

Seriously though, we need another bowl destination nearer to the West not named Shreveport! How's Texarkana in the winter? I just really have no idea here it would be.
