a guy who gives up 70 points to Houston and evidently cuts his own hair. Of course, he can probably wear a cap properly on the sidelines so maybe I shouldn't ***** too much.

I really don't know why some people are down on this guy. He is the one guy that I thought would be good for MSU, a work aholic tireless recruiter, defensive minded, and very good at hiring OC's Applewhite, Malzahon. Yes, his D has given up some points, but he is playing in CUSA, and when he was the DC at Tulsa they were pretty solid top 40 in fact. Lets also remember that he took Rice to a bowl game in his first year after an 0-4 start. Regardless of his hair or what talent was left on the Defense when he got the HC the guy can flat out coach!

who said the offensive coordinator from Tulsa is in town today. The source she got it from is legit , very legit but she obviously got something screwed up so I really don`t know if it`s the OC from Oklahoma or the head coach from Tulsa. I`ll have an update shortly.

The suggestion that a candidate would be walking around in our empty stadium at night with all the lights on and our bigass moo tube cranked up is f'n insane.

on roughly the same UCF defense we lit up for 10 points. And 70-something on UTEP. We didn't score a combined 70 points until November.

He does have a championship game coming up, so he sure the hell couldn't come down here during practice. A coach must take time out of his schedule to meet with ADs about other jobs and night is the best time. Hell, he could get back before anyone in the University knew he had left.

and I`m guessing looking facilities. Mabey our stadium is like some of the gals I used to run , just looks better after the sun goes down. I should have some more info in about an hour.

didn't we have a post that linked to the jet-tracking website that showed a flight come in from Tulsa this morning? To me, that would mean either Graham or the OC were in town. If it were the Oklahoma OC, he probably would have come in from Norman or Okla. City.

So you would be unhappy if MSU gave up 70 one week to - say - Arkansas, and a couple of weeks later won the SECW and headed to Atlanta? You really wouldn't like that?

If there was ever any doubt before, this line of thinking eliminates it completely. We have the dumbest fan base in North America.

well if true, which it probably isn't, I guess we can go ahead and start brainstorming about the next coach, because Graham will get his *** handed to him here.

call me crazy but malzahn has been my number 1 all along...he's a damn good coach and recruiter...it didn't work out at arkansas because he and Nutt hated each other..if you think he wouldn't bust his balls to go head to head in recruiting and program building with Houston, you're crazy...from what i know, i have a sneaky suspicion he will be our next coach. I think Kevin Wilson is running a close second. he could be at the top of the list though.

I doubt Byrne is going to hire anyone to take over an SEC program that has been out of high school coaching for 3 years now
