the turnovers in those lost games. I don't know how many times coaches at all levels have stated that if you turn the ball over three times (much less four) you're probably going to lose the game. What's remarkable to me is that we have still been so close to winning three of those four games even with turning it over like that, regardless of the secondary's weakness.

coach was anal about holding on to the ball...for good reason.
His D was a bit better, but then he never played against the number 1 ranked hardest schedule like we are this year(but close).
Croom also did not fare well against high octane offenses... WV, GT, and others.

But you know what I really like the atmosphere in our stadium, and most of all this **** is fun...not like going to the dentist.

worse than going to the dentist while Croom was here. I went to the dentist last week and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as the Croom regime. Ellis Johnson was the only bright light in that error as far as coarching was concerned, and maybe a few of his assistants.

....and I really like Mullen and look forward to what he does with his guy at QB next year. That said, we really should be 5-1 right now, and that's frustrating.
