Let's say G.Byrne does what we all want and tells Sly to fire Woodrow. Now Croom may be incompetent but he knows he's getting a bigger check here for doing nothing than he will ever get anywhere else. In order to keep that check do you think Croom will hire a competent OC like Borges to run the real WCO or will he follow his agenda and bring in another African American to teach his version to just to hang on to his contract help promote another black head coach. Once he gets the ultimatum from Byrne he'll know he's probably on his way out so will he continue to be stubborn or just not care.
