and Croom was around $1.8M when he was fired.

I assume Mullen's raise for 2010 was to $1.5M, and then the raise for 2011 was to $2.5M.

It was something like that.

We hired Nutt in December 2007 at around $1.7M, escalating. You had just come off a bowl game with Croom and raised him to right around the same amount, even though he wasn't being pursued by anyone for any job openings. I want to say Croom was only making around $950K before that year, because I think we were both paying Croom and Orgeron in the same range, at around $900K if I'm remembering the numbers right.
