....along comes a trip to Wrigley to right the ship.

You may now resume normal operating procedures of falling apart in the playoffs.

As opposed to falling apart from day 1, I'll take the braves' postseason struggles.

I think we righted the ship after Wed's come from behind win over the Nats, even with C.B. Buncknor's ignorant *** calling behind the plate trying to give the Nats the win. That's all it took to get the boys fired up to make a statement. Now Heyward is back & all is fine and dandy.

Bucknor is the worst ump in the league, but the braves have benefited from his terrible calls about as much as they've been hurt by them. I just don't get why he still gets paid for the Job he does. He sucks...

As for the braves they have been streaky all year and the talent of the opponent doesn't really seem to affect their streaks. Because of this I wouldn't be surprised if they lose the first series in 4 or if they win the whole damn thing.

Angel Hernandez is right up there with Buknor. Angel is like Joey Crawford is in the NBA. He thinks he has to make himself be seen.

Bingo! Hernandez and Bucknor are the absolute worst MLB umpires ever. It's amazing to why or how they still have a job. I take it has to do with meeting a certain % of something. What a shame

Would you rather have Steve Bartman hitting with 2 outs in the 9th or BJ Upton? I'm taking Bartman

Hate to break it to you, but that's nothing new for him, even though Todd4State say he's a #2 starter.

You're right. He started the year unbelievable, but since them he's been average or below

And who was the Cubs number two starter last year before he was traded?

Yep. Paul Maholm. And the actual quote from me was number 2 or 3 starter and that was also two years ago. That would be like me saying Albert Pujols is the best players in the game two years ago- which many people would have agreed with- and then trying to call me out on that TWO years later as he has gotten older and is breaking down. WEAK.

He was the #1 for the Pirates, but that didn't make him a #1 starter. Matt Garza was the Cubs #1 this year. Is he a #1 starter? Maholm is what he is. A serviceable pitcher for the back part of most rotations. Yesterday, today and tomorrow. Guru...
