Why in the 17 do we have to play to the level of our opponent every game? Why can we not play with the passion and execution we did against UK? If we played like that every game then we should donkey stomp LSU, Alabama, Ark and Auburn. Same with non conf foes. We play to the level of our opponent each game and it frustrates the hell out of me.
Another frustrating thing is watching the "Groundhog Day" shooting of Barry Stewart. It seems like he is 1-5, 2-9 or 3-15 every game. yea he may end up with 17 or so with alot coming on FT or late 3's. I love Barry and his defense but this season has been very frustrating and below expectations for a senior who you would think could do better than being 1-6 inside the 3 point line every game. He is 0-3 on 2's tonight in 1st half.
Ok got that out. Here's hoping JV can get 5 blocks in 2nd half. Thats if Rick leaves him in instead of the Wendell Lewis, Kodi rotation. I say let him go all half barring foul trouble. He deserves to break at home and the fans want it. Quit letting Torrence shoot everything outside and force them to go inside to JV and let him break it Rick.
