Some of the varsity teams out there with only nine games should step up and take that challenge! I feel confident that the Springer JV would be well matched vs a lot of varsity teams.

HS JV would matchup well with many varsity teams.
It is allowed for 10th Graders to play a Varsity Schedule. Three of our most recent examples were when Deep Run, Hanover and Glen Allen opened. All 3 played a varsity schedule comprised of Juniors and Sophomores. Also please post the dates HSHS has open because from what I understand there are a lot of JV programs looking for games.
I don't think it could actually happen because of playoff points etc. There are too many things that would prevent it. But I firmly believe that the Springer JV would matchup well against a large number of other varsity teams. It is a testament to the program that LJ has in place there.
Yeah, I bet their aren't a lot of coaches going, "Got that darn open week on the schedule. I haven't been beaten by 70 in a long time. I think I'll call HSHS."
