Looks like CCC took his out of bounds play with him to Arkansas. 
Cal's teams normally play well early in the season before he gets a chance to steal their confidence. We also know that Cal will bench good shooters if they don't play good enough defense.

Kansas has looked like hot garbage tonight. I know Dickinson is out, but no way are they the No. 1 team in the country.
I don't think you are being a homer. If Kentucky continues shooting well from the 3, it is going to be very tough for anyone to guard them because the team is loaded with shooters.

It's coming. And tbh, needs to happen. It's literally the only basketball that's NOT played in quarters. Heck, one of the only sports that's not played in quarters.
Just a shot at Kentucky fans. Be prepared for a lot of them this year if Cal does well down there. We will be Satan incarnate.
Arkansas fans are following UK this year, makes less sense than us following our former coach who was here for 15 years along with players that would have been playing for us this year had he not gone to Arkansas. if someone is gonna talk smack about us having a thread about our former coach against a top 25 team, what does it say about that fan over here on our board?

If you notice, Arkansas has lost their hot shooting and DJ has sort of disappeared. Without a doubt, this will be a feel-good game for Cal and the fans, but this game proves nothing because KU isn't close to being the best team in college basketball.

I don't know about that, but they will certainly have to play us better than they have played KU.
I think the AP polls will be adjusted in favor of SEC teams after this game.

I guess DJ has finally realized that it is smarter to go to the basket with his right hand instead of his left.
Wagner looks much improved, which I figured he would be. I def wanted him back. I still think Dickinson will transform Kansas and you can’t take much from this game honestly. Arkansas will be good but Cal will choke, he will have games they look like world beaters for sure.
Anyone noticed DJ hasn't made that stupid left hand layup all night long! I got so freaking sick of watching him miss those last year!!!!
Much improved might be a stretch because to me he looks like he did about this time last year.
He’s still a great college player, he will be good for 20/10 and give them an inside presence that offense needs. I do believe they are over rated but Self has taken workse rosters and won a lot of games. Losing Elmarko is really going to hurt them though, he was the more elite type guard they need that came back to improve.
I’m glad they look good tonight, it just makes their regular season losses feel that much better.
So instead of just tipping your cap and acknowledge that we are really good, you double down that Arkansas sucks and raise it that Kansas sucks. Man it’s gonna be a long season if you dig in to this position.
They are running the DD and we always know Cal starts out letting them run and then tweaks it to a slowdown for some dumb reason.
I honestly can’t wait until late into this season to see how often you don’t show up when they hit a wall. Just watch.
