No. There isn't a snowballs chance in hell he is coming here, or any of the other 5 stars either. Kenny Plain doesn't speak of NIL so that rules out 99% of the player base that would make a difference.

KP using the kid is pretty low. Funny timing of his announcement 2 weeks. KP gets let go and 100 percent Knox will say he was going to Louisville if KP was there.

I don't get why people think Kenny Payne, 12-50, is all of a sudden a mastermind that is playing the Knox situation like a fiddle in a way where he'll come out on top looking like the king of roses and UofL fans like the garbage in Oscar the Grouch's can.
Isn't it more likely that Knox isn't thinking about Payne and Louisville AT ALL, and is just preparing to state his goal publicly for next year? That Saturday is a good day for HIM, to announce his future?

I think the handling of Knox and Sonon was awful. Bozich finally succumbed to being a click bait journalist. Sad to see him dip to that level. He doesn’t care at this point.
This is another example of KP’s incompetence. He was effectively using these kids as a human shield. He spent a lot of money on recruits he knew they never land. He didn’t even tell the staff Sonon was in campus. He was using the media to save his job. This wasn’t normal recruiting.
They will never do this fire him with cause or tell him to resign. It will be ugly but I don’t care. If his supporters are willing to write a check for his buyout then fine.

Tried to set a very weak narrative that he was turning things around by being "in" on a couple high end guys. So if/when he is fired prior to their announcements, he can point to things that were maybe going to happen but obviously weren't. Like everything else, it just didn't work for him.
Kid announced a hair too soon to cut that very weak angle. Ken is going to have 12 wins in 2 years if he's let go, and no accomplishment. With that, it's kind of hard to really care about what he thinks about anything.
