More people watched the ProBowl than:

The Cotton Bowl
The Sugar Bowl
The Masters' Round 1, 2, and 3
All of the US Open Rounds
The Preakness
Wimbledon's final between Murrary and Djokovic
The NFL draft
The Elite 8 Florida vs Michigan game
Every single NBA Conference final games (Heat vs. Pacers, Spurs vs. (don't remember))
More than doubled the ratings of all of the Stanley Cup games

Heard that on The Herd earlier.

Cotton, Sugar, and NBA Finals surprise me. Maybe the Elite 8 game. The rest I can see. The Pro Bowl has turned into the NBA All Star game. No defense. For good reason though. Injury is a real possibility in a meaningless game.

It was the NBA conference finals.

I always thought the Skills competition was cooler than the game. I don't know why they quit doing them. I'd love to see Aaron Rogers throwing at a target glued to the side of a golf cart at 40 yards.

This is hard to believe. I figured the Cotton Bowl had more..

in paid attendance than the Pro Bowl had TV viewers.

When I was a kid and still buying those worthless Pro Set football cards, I would throw the Pro Bowl cards in the fireplace, along with the Buccaneers.

You don't remember who the Spurs played in the Conference Finals or you don't want to remember?**

I've been talking about this on here for a while now. It's the most watched "All-Star" game of any sport in the US... which is sad. I live in New York and tickets for the MLB All-Star game started at like $500 and the homerun derby was like $650, so it has a attendance draw, but the MLB has awful TV viewership. Football is THE sport in America, and this proves it. It's just a ****** game with no meaning. I'm glad they're shaking up the way they're doing it. Hopefully it'll mean something some day.

I try to remember every year that I should get around to watching the Pro Bowl for once. Needless to say I manage to 17 it up every single year. And it's not like I have to mow my lawn in January or get caught up in some great project.
