He did say that the alleged victim would not be charged with a crime. What I got from reading the article is that Rolling Stone jumped to a bunch of ill founded conclusions and may have "guided" the writing of the story. Some say UVA helped cover it up and some say they jumped too quick the other way in condemning the frat that was allegedly involved.....more talk about that than their excellent basketball team
