I'm flying out of Jackson this morning, and go to the SW counter to print a boarding pass. There is noone at the counter, and neither kiosk is working. One of the people in line calls SW customer service and tells them noone is at the desk; per SW should have opened at 5:30 (it is now 6:20). We are then asked to go outside and check in at baggage drop. While we are standing there, a flatbed pulls up with a stack of hay bales on it with luggage on top, Beverly Hillbilly style. The people in front of me (not from MS) had a good laugh. Finally we got through the checkin so we could sit at the gate and watch BET for an hour. No place like home...
