No. 11 in AL.com's countdown of the top Alabama football players is MSU commit Keith Mixon. I wrote the feature on Mixon, who is a great kid. Figured y'all might enjoy the story. His coach called him the best combo RB/WR he's seen in 22 years of coaching.

i know. He's writing better articles for us in Alabama than he ever did in MS. Think he's just trying to pump these 2 up to get Bama/Auburn to look at em harder I'm just messin Talty. Keep it up. Write a good one on Smitherman when he comes up too!

He's not the only one. Freaks & Geeks launched the careers of a lot of actors. Seth Rogan, James Franco, Linda Cardellini, Jason Segal. One of the best shows ever on TV. Shame it only lasted 1 season.
