Kennedy had a chance to nail MSU with Jarvis and Barry on the bench with fouls and he didn't do much. I will give Kennedy credit for developing some of his younger players but Terrico White already was a star and he has proved it. I do know this, MSU did a good job preparing for some of the things Terrico and Huertas like to do and made it hard on them. That is coaching and preparation. Heading for the tourney Wednesday and hope we can advance and have a shot.
Kennedy didn't go after Brian and Osby enough and settled for ourtside shots(gee I've heard that on here about Stans, imagine that). Terrico White was recruited and in case you didn't watch, he played as much at the two guard as the point.
Well, I would say they went inside on us plenty. Malcolm White pretty much owned the interior. The rest of those guys are pretty much garbage down low.
I would let Terrico White shoot a bunch as well. Sounds like we guarded a lot better yesterday though.
they are a tough matchup with big guards and ample big men to rebound. Bost on Terrico in the first game is part of what killed us. White and Huertas were getting too deep in the lane and when that happens and everyone crashes, we are done.
