In Mexico. As a result of his "big move" most of the characters on Eastbound and Down will be different, except for Stevie Janowski, who tracks Powers down south of the border. Michael Pena joining the cast as the team owner.

And apparently this will be Kenny's new love interest...

Very nice. Cameo appearances from Season One cast members are expected. Ben Best, who played "Clegg" last year and writes for the show, will also be a regular as a different character.
