With a sloppy track this afternoon, Revolutionary has climbed to the favorite spot with veteran jockey Calvin Borel. But Revolutionary isn't particularly known for excelling on a wet track, so your money may get more value elsewhere.

Goldencents is getting way to much action because the jockey is black.

I'm going with Mylute at 13-1. The jockey is female too, but that doesn't get much media attention.

Overanalyze. Not much of a bloodline or stable, but I always tend to root for the Arkansas Derby winner.

Plus, he looks alot like Joey in Warhorse.

starting on the inside on this one. There is no real clear heavy favorite. I have my money on CB and Revolutionary.

Just wanted to say that there is more talent at the Derby than anywhere I have ever seen. And I'm not talking about the horses!

They just walked by for the cameras and all are beautiful horses.

You'd think there would be more female jockeys since they're inherently smaller and should be able to keep their weight down easier than the male jockeys. Of course ... women drivers ....

Who was the "Donna" interviewing the winner from horseback?

Was it Donna Fiducia, on Fox News at one time? I know she's big into horses and owns a horse training and ranch west of Atlanta now. It sorta looked like her but hard to tell with the helmet on.
