Stoops has a strong relationship with Joe and Kelly Craft, really the only UK benefactors who could fund a $38MM payment due in 60 days. That leaves Mitch Barnhart - who himself is on the way out - in a tough spot because they have completely lost the fan base and they aren’t coming back until they have different football coach.
