Exactly. Half should be guaranteed but the other half should absolutely be performance based. Including games played.

We are missing a couple of pieces. Williams apparently is not close to ready. Jasper Johnson has to step up. He has to see Brown going off and accept the challenge. JQ should make a big difference defensively. But will he get back in time to develop some chemistry with the team?
I brought both of my kids to the store and let them each spend $50. One bought an awesome Lego set that is a statement piece in his room. The other bought a bunch of cheap trinkets that all broke and got lost within days. Quality spending matters.
