We aren’t a good shooting team. We are a team of guys who like to shoot who are streaky as hell. Well, Brea is a good shooter but he can’t get his own shot off so it’s not like he can’t be a game changer.

Someone was arguing with me in one of the other game threads about not needing a go-to guy because so many guys can score. This game is all the proof you need as to why we (any team) 100% needs a guy who can go get points when you absolutely need it.

We’re probably gonna lose quite a few games when we are shooting poorly, just like tonight. We aren’t good enough in other areas of the game to overcome bad shooting against decent competition. Live by the 3, die by the 3. And we’re lucky we haven’t died by the 3 yet.

This loss stings. Much of it is effort. This Clemson team kinda sucks. And Pope has coached very poorly.

Clemson does not suck and Pope has not coached poorly. We just did not hit our 3 point shots. You live by the three you die bythe threes. Tough road game that will help get us ready for conference play. We got beat, congratulate Clemson and get ready for Zags.

It's a loss to a fringe top 25 team on the road in a game where we are a slight favorite.

We had to buy a whole new roster this year, it will be different when you have a handful of freshman, a handful of returners, and need a 2-3 transfers to fill holes.
