Isaac HumphriesIowa St. player made a turnover and kicked the ball out of bounds in frustration. Immediately made me think of the Kentucky Aussie a few years ago that got a technical foul for bouncing the ball high in celebration.
That’s my big beef. Very similar to Tennessee and Louisville several years back. If you are allowed to bump and slap, you are going to cause turnovers. If the refs won’t step up and call them, we are in trouble because teams are going to turn it over when there is that much contact. You could call Iowa St on a foul about every trip. Constantly into our bodies and reaching.
Turnovers and fouls will determine the outcome
Found a dipshit.Crying about fouls means you're really just mad that we blew a 12 point lead
At the worst possible time. When your lead is down to 6 or 7, bonehead turnover leads to an easy bucket, immediately fires up an early contested 3 for a brick resulting in a run out. Just ridiculousIt seems like every Jasper cameo over the last month has been a complete trainwreck.
I do. I'm just tired of being gaslit for knowing what I see.yeah, remember when the Aussie bounced the ball to high out of joy?
It’s sickening how many Kentucky fans are OK with the direction of the program. Some of our fans are already getting their copeium ready to smoke after the game by blaming it on the refs.
Can never be the reality, that 60% of our roster is soft.
I didn’t know he was rated. We have no good defenders except maybe Dioubate.Aberdeen is extremely overrated as a defender.
Paint would be peeling off of the walls. Pope and the team are probably sitting in the dark and practicing their breathing.I can only imagine what Pope's halftime summer camp speech sounds like right now.
Can you imagine Pitino addressing that type of late-half collapse?
He looks like **** honestly. He is extra pale, looks sick most of the time. He isn’t cut out for big time coaching. Why would he want to live like this.Pope's not built for this. It's as simple as that.
Even Pitino had to chastize Pope because Mark was crying to the media about his mental issues earlier this year.
It's pathetic to watch what a soft head coach Kentucky has now.
Cal was cool for 90% of his time here. Even when he was losing, he had a confidence.Their shorts wouldn't fit because they'd have no @$$ left to hold them up.![]()
Both can and are absolutely true. We know we're not great. But that sure as **** doesn't mean refs get to blatantly control games. I'm done with it.Some of our fans are already getting their copeium ready to smoke after the game by blaming it on the refs.
Can never be the reality, that 60% of our roster is soft.
Exactly. Both things can be true. I wont cry about the refs if they call the game straight up. If you are going to call the fouls that are being called on us, and called that same level of contact a foul on ISU, they would have 20 fouls easy. And not calling the tech was hugeFound a dipshit.
Can you talk about the game, or go start your own "pOpE rUiNeD rOmE"?MB just made a quick hire and it has cost us. Certainly glad Drew turned it down but come on, Pope? I don't care if that he played here. UK deserves a winner.
A dipshit that says things you know are true but dont wanna hearFound a dipshit.
That would help if MO could protect the rimPut Mo at the 5 and Kam at the 4 and play that way the entire 2ndhalf
Our guts need to learn how to “sell it”We need to issue rape whistles the second half. Iowa State reminds me of those Louisville teams that fouled you 100 times a game knowing the refs can’t call them all. Chandler was getting murdered.
This has been the biggest difference between this year and last year IMO. Pope had Amari last year, along with Carr, and they could pass out of the traps. Can't give the ball to our bigs at all. Every time they get the ball down low, they are double and triple teamed. They did a great job at scouting our bigs and how terrible they handle the ball.
I don't know why MM never shows aggression.Biggest play of the half-Kentucky up 30-23 , Iowa St. misses shot, soft serve Moraino went after rebound weakly, gave away the board and a three point shot. Instead of possibly being up 9 or 10, Iowa St. closed the half on a 8-0 run.
