Shocked that wasn't a walk with these refs. These dudes are Australian rules football refs.

I think a lot of Williams problem is positioning for rebounds. Oscar knew where to go. Williams just turns and hopes for the best.

Amari has to be better at finishing those type of plays. No reason to stop and pump right there. Go up and dunk the ball!!! At worst he gets fouled but at least he has the shot at the and 1.

Optimist: Pope knows we have this Vandy team outmanned and outmatched, so he's giving Noah, Chandler, and Perry more minutes this half to keep our starters fresh for the second half.

Pessimist: We are still banged up so we have to play our 8-10 guys more.

There was absolutely no reason that last foul call on Williams needed to be reviewed. It clearly wasn't intentional on the part of the Vandy player. Pope should have seen that.

All I ever ask for is consistency
The refs are letting both teams play. This is to our benefit because we are so much bigger than Vandy. Best refs we have had all year on the road. We sure as hell can't blame refs today. I have seen walks and fouls on both teams not called. Let them play!!

Alvin brooks is supposed to be the defensive guru on the staff. Maybe we need to go a different direction in that position next season
Dumb take. All three hundred something schools would be interested. Brooks is a top assistant. At least know what the hell you’re talking about part of the time

Honestly, Noah has played well every time he’s gotten a chance, even if it’s been mostly against weaker competition. He hasn’t gotten many opportunities so far, but, he has knocked down a few 3s & hasn’t had any “unplayable” moments, IMO.
He should at least be a regular rotation player next season

Should play more in this season
