Also, it pains me to say that I actually like Calipari. I ran into him at orange leaf w/ my duke gear on and he was a super nice guy. I just hate the fan base.

I know it well. Used to work there.
We need to assemble as many of us as we can in Duke gear and have a parade on Main Street!!
I have met Cal in a professional work environment and outside of one. When the cameras are off and he's not being that pitchman for his next recruit, he is genuinely a nice/respectful guy. Does alot of charity work and seems like he cares alot for people. Never too big to stop and smile for a picture for a fan just a really good person with a good sense of humor.
Well there IS a fan base that is comparable and those of us living in the Carolinas get to experience it as well.
I can't speak for all UK fans, but in my opinion, a lot of the hate comes from respect. I despise Duke, not gonna lie. But, I would have no reason to dislike them if not for their sustained success.
As far as fans go, all teams have their bad seeds. As much as it pains me to say, I like watching Duke play this year, because I enjoy good basketball.
All that being said, I still think yall played your best game of the season when you blew us out. I think we played our worst. Here's to hoping we meet again in the tournament to see where both teams stand with a full season under their belts. Hopefully both teams stay injury free!

Question for Duke fans and I guess the KY fans:
Duke and KY play for the national championship this year...
Duke fans: Would you rather blow them out again by 34+, or, beat them on a last second shot similar to Laettner’s shot?
KY fans: which way to lose would you not want to happen?
If reversed, I’d rather get blown out. Easier to deal with in the long run.

We win on a reversed charging call. We miss both free throws but ky is called for goal tending
I would want to blow them out, so they would know they were who we thought they were. Our B**.......oops cant say that anymore, but they know.
