I just noticed that KR has only given up a total of 42 points all season in 8 games! That is not a typo! They are only giving up 5.3 ppg! That's unreal! I have said all year that the winner of Heritage vs LCA playoff game will win Class 3 championship this year and I still believe that but KR will have something to say about that with a defense like that.

What I find impressive is that they are doing this after everything that went down within their football program/school last year with the allegations that came out about the football coach. I don't pay much attention to NOVA football, but I honestly expected their season to take a very different route than what has happened so far.

Absolutely! I thought about that as well. I would love to see HHS vs KR for the championship.
I'm not so sure that LCA is going to let Heritage beat them again, but only time will tell. It's looking like we might get that rematch either next week or the week after depending on how Heritage fares against JF tomorrow night. Either way, I believe the winner of the rematch will end up running the table straight to a Class 3 title win
I don't think it's a done deal that Kettle Run wins Region 3B. Culpeper may have something to say about that. They had a statement 21-6 win last night giving Caroline their second loss.
No disrespect but beating Caroline 21-6 isn't exactly a statement win in my opinion. If KR and Culpeper were to play, I have KR by 3 scores.
Thankfully the seeding worked out to where they wouldn't rematch until the region championship. It's sucks for Broadway that their reward for finishing 9-1 and being the 3 seed is to play LCA in the first round.
3C is pretty stout region. 1-5 seeds are (9-1) 6th seed is (8-2) and 7-8 or (7-3).
