Wouldn't a cowbell fine have been announced by now? Our ringing must have been considered responsible. I thought we did a great job or ceasing and just yelling when the time was right.

I especially like the comments about class (not rushing the field), contrasting it with ole miss.

I was really proud of our fans for not rushing the field yet staying to cheer and ring their cowbells until pretty much all of the players and coaches had left the field.

Seems like in 2010 and 2012 the cowbell fines were not announced until the end of the season. We will not get fined for the Auburn game. Texas A&M was a little sloppy, particularly on key third downs, but I still don't think it was bad enough to warrant a fine.

I only saw two people rush the field. The woman got stopped as soon as she got under the Grid Iron railing and the guy punched a security guard right behind the goalpost and got lit up. It was great to watch two idiots get what they deserved.

About what looked like to be 20 college age students rushed the field from SW corner of the stadium about 5 minutes after the game was over.

20 out of 62,000 is not bad. I saw them and thought they looked pretty stupid out there celebrating by themselves.

Saw that... one guy pushed a state trooper.

and then I'm pretty sure he didn't wake up until he was in jail.
