win the trenches - this can be done imo. We are one of the few teams Bama will play all year that can give them trouble up front.

no turnovers - its cliche, but its true. we cant beat ourselves.

Stretch the field- Dak or Tyler, whoever it is, they must stretch the field. we need to find the one on one matchups and let the pigskin fly. Bama's corners are not the Bama corners of old. They can be picked on. We gotta take some chances early, and hope to hit on a few of them.

Get to 100 yards on the ground - this is going to be tough, really really tough. Our only chance is to pass first to open the run. if we can get them on their heels in the passing game, we have a shot at having some success on the ground.

Mullen cant Mullen - we cant be going for 2 after the first td. or burn timeouts bc guys aren't in position. or look like Ned in the First Reader in our 2 minute offense.

Its going to be a monumental task, but it can be done. Im not blowing smoke either, we have the athletes to hang with Bama if we play flawless.

If Dan, Dan's w get beat by 35. If Dan, gets his head out of his ***, we can cover the 24. If Dan gets his head out of his ***, and we play flawless, and its one of those special nights in Starkville, we maybe, just maybe, can slay the Giant.

Admittedly, that would kill my Hud crusade, and probably be detrimental to the overall future of our program, but Id still be as happy as a pig in slop.

State has yet to put together a good game from both the O and D. If that can be done, I think it will be close.

Aint happening (to everything). Semi-delusional post. Wanted to stop reading at "win in the trenches" but gave you the benefit of the doubt.
