so what is the precedent for something like this? team vote? i know hill sucker punched a guy, but the guy wasnt knocked unconscious and it didnt send him to the hospital and it didnt involve 6 other dudes stomping him. how does something like this slip though the criminal liability and go directly to civil court? last time i checked, this is right in the wheelhouse of criminal assault and battery, but im clearly no lawyer. maybe it wasnt that bad and they only kinda beat an unconscious person.

You've posted this in multiple threads. Are you serious about this or am I just not getting the joke? Even if the kid said something it doesn't justify beating him unconsious and then putting the guy who pulled the, "ok that's enough guys" move in the hospital as well. Maybe my sarcasm meter is off...

I was on a conf call with all the other OM spin doctors to get our story straight.

Here is our official statement. This is a case of mistaken identity. RN and DN were only trying to keep the peace after Bobby Hall beat the dog **** out of a KA punk. Once Bobby got busted for rape last week and Freeze kicked him off the team, he turned state's witness and is trying to help get some money out of the Kimdechee family.

So the final determination is that there is nothing to see here. Move along boys.
