I had the opposite reaction. Wasn’t warning the game with an analytical eye, but I thought the game plan and play calling for ole miss was fine. More to coaching than game planning with somebody else’s offense, but I would feel ok about in game management if I were ole miss and getting to keep Weiss and Joe judge.

Ole Miss beat Georgia because of the defensive play, which LK obviously had nothing to do with. If Ole Miss played Miami 10 more time, Miami would when them all. Just way more physical, not even close.

1st game Georgia scored on every possession. Second game we shut them down, relatively speaking, especially in the 4th quarter. I think that was the difference. We can agree to disagree.
Golding was living off Kiffins residuals. With Kiffin gone, things have begun to get back to the Bears norm. Next year, this trend will snowball. Hobby Lobby!

Exactly I don't think kiffins strategy and thinking get them wins against uga or Miami. He takes a lot more risk that bites him. Also speed of play and cockiness makes him make bad decision that have lost them games or out his qb in worst position

You can't judge Golding at all by the playoff games. This was still Kiffin's team, and him leaving motivated the players even more to win as a 17 U to Kiffin for bailing. Greg Knox is like 3-1 as an interim coach, and he's got an office job now. Golding's head coaching job begins now, as he has to hire assistant coaches to replace the ones gone to LSU, work the transfer portal, and recruit. We'll see how next year looks. If Chambliss doesn't get his waiver, it could be a quick slap back to reality.
