Kinda like when Jay Hughes and a couple of others said Thompson was definitely going to MSU and Rosebowl believed it and fed it to the masses?

Isn't this when you guys would say something like.... "What's really sad is that all these Ole Miss fans have subscriptions to Rosebowl's site!" Or was that just a friend of a friend of a friend that told you what Rosebowl was saying??

Amazing how you clowns spin so hard that it always comes back around to get you

Again, not stupid to suggest. Stupidity is in the eye of the beholder. Improbable, yes, but with this circus, you never know what's going to happen next.

And btw TSUN would have to approve the transfer to another D1 school. So not likely to happen.

Im curious here. Does anyone on this board, either state or ole miss fan, believe Coach34 has ever worked in an operating room?

I will admit i have no idea what the guy does, but i just cant see him there.

You enjoy running around trying to make ends meet selling condoms, I'll continue to enjoy giving anesthesia.

Ahhhh, the refreshing reply of the typical elitist Ole Miss Rebel. You could have simply said, "I am better than you."**

So in between all the OR procedures yo were a part of, you also are a medical equipment salesmen and were a coach in a semi recent past?

got out of coaching after 13 years and into surgical sales

Surgical reps stand around during surgery in the O.R. and make sure the surgeons know how to use their product. We also document what is used during each surgery to charge the hospital. Those procedures get long and reps stand around doing nothing for hours until its time for their part. You also have about an hour between procedures of dead time. Lots of time kissing Dr ***, making sure nurses and scrub tech's dont 17 your stuff up, and waiting around for your time to come.

As a current coach, I can tell you that unless you are coaching at some good high schools in the state of TX, most of us coaches dont make very much for the time we invest. I actually left teaching and coaching about 6 years ago, and just got back into it two seasons now. I made as much in one year that i was away as i did the previous 3 before i went private sector. I am back teaching and coaching again, but I dont knock any coach for leaving the profession for however long they do in order to make money. Our former OC left because he was making more than double his coaching/teaching in a commercial irrigation business he was running in the summer and on weekends. He loved coaching, but with 5 kids, it was an easy decision. I applaud anyone who can make bank in this economy. Wish I was back in the south so I could take advantage of some connections and do the same.

well said...70 hours/week for 40K gets harder and harder to do when you also deal with parents, kids, female administrators, your own family, and much, much more. I applaud you for going back to it

it has been fun this year. I really enjoyed it, but I had more issues with parents this year than I have ever had in the past combined. Our admins are the best i have ever worked for. my wife actually is the one who talked me into going back. and she was the main reason i left because it took so much time away. The one major difference for me has been HUDL. i do believe that video software and site will save thousands of coaches' marriages in the coming years. being able to work with the video and send and receive from the comforts of home are tremendous. we get done with practice, upload real quick and go home. break film down at home and everyone else can work on it too, and never miss a beat. great to be home at 6pm at night instead of 10-11pm all week long. and also to have the players be able to view playlists immediately on practice film and opponent breakdown is fantastic too.

Thats great. I've actually considered returning a couple of times myself. There is nothing like calling plays on Friday night. But having 2 young kids plus child support for my other 2 kids pretty much make that decision for me
