Yea neat, but if he wasn't a Nebraska grad, would he even be on our radar?

Thought it was interesting that he was giving his speech and the camera panned around showing headphones on some of the players. The shots could have been taken at different time.

SMH.

Some of those clips are cut ups of the full filming. Not everything took place within a one minute speech.

You can get the sense of his calm and confident demeanor to get his players motivated and mentally prepared. He doesn't yell at anybody unnecessarily. He isn't off by himself looking disinterested. He understands what it takes to get his team prepared to play well. He's going to be a great one...

Yep. He has the approach that Belichick and Saban have...no nonsense and demand excellence.

How many times do you watch an NFL game and the reporter will ask the coach how he got things turned around at halftime and how bad did he chew the team out and the coach will said there was nothing like that.

A coach that is confident in his process that can have his players confident is a team that will win games.

Shaw at Stanford is similar to Frost as well.

There are some great head coaches who can get light a fire at times, but more often then are calm, confident, and collective and breed confidence into their players.

You need to learn the English language. Or maybe just lay off the herb.

I don't think Saban is a good comparison. He goes ballistic at times when he doesn't need to. I've never seen that from Frost. Belichick isn't a bad comparison. I think he's most similar in coaching style to TO.

Another thing is I think Saban downplays his own team too much thinking they'll be too high on themselves. It doesn't come across as genuine as they're obviously really good. When they play flawlessly, Saban says they played like **** and have things to work on. When they play like ****, Saban says they played great. I don't think that's a great motivational tool and is one of Saban's bigger flaws, if there was one.
