CC was down to 13 players in their last game. Unfortunately they didn't have enough to field a team for tomorrow night's game. I commend CC for having a team at all for the first time in I believe 4 years and especially to those young men who battled all season, as well as the coaches, AD and administration who stood by them.

I have the utmost respect for Charles City County, for they have been able to accomplish this year. It would have been so much easier for everyone to just say it won’t work and let another season of possibilities slip by for the kids. But lead by their AD, they salvaged as much of the season as possible. Hopefully they can get enough kids healthy to sqeeze in at least one more game. Great job, guys.
