Hopefully he gets more and more like him. I remember when Winsome got hot, he would keep getting further and further back from the 3 point line. He was making them well beyond the NBA 3 point line. In 2K they have the 4 point line in practice mode. That's about where Winsome would make them from it seemed like.
Jans has some young building blocks. JDF & King Grace look like freshman that can become solid SEC players. Hopefully Tee Bartlett can get in shape & be ready to contribute next year. The incoming freshman class looks solid on paper. We need these kids to develop quickly, so Jans does not have to be some portal dependent this offseason.
Crazy to see that the blocked happened at the 5:37 mark and we scored 2 points the rest of the game. Also we had been pretty sloppy a couple of minutes prior to that. Definitely showed the flaws in this team once again down the stretch. Glad they were able to get a W tho fo sho
We pretty much stopped running an offense the last six minutes of the game. Hubbard made two free throws with about 6 minutes left and we scored two points the rest of the game. We were trying to slow the pace and run clock, but we don’t really have the ball handlers to do that, so we turned the ball over a ton down the stretch. Fortunately, LSU couldn’t score either, so the last five minutes of the game was just bad basketball. But the first 35 minutes of the game was great, and we had such a huge lead, the last five minutes didn’t matter.
