Making Stans look like a dumbass for going with the 4 guad lineup in the SEC. Too bad we had to Live and Die by the 3 ball, instead of going big with Kodi..
Just more proof that our head coach has no clue...
Thanks Stans....

your stans buddies C34 and extreme thought about the 4 guard lineup after beating Arkansas there (at the time a very good win as they had just beaten Oklahoma and Texas back to back)............

You're calling me a dumbass because I haven't listened to Shaquille O'Neal (he plays basketball, right?) rap?

I dare say you might be the pot or the kettle...

Shaq was at NYC club rapping and making fun of Kobe because he had yet to win a title without Shaq. It was pretty funny and it was all over Sportscenter for about a week.

So if a player is not giving full effort on the defensive end, or has an attitude towrads the staff that the staff doesnt like then the coach should just play him anyway? That would look great to the other players. It is funny that you really think the inmates should be allowed to run the asylum

Why do you think we lost Ben and the Delks... I bet they practiced pretty hard... Ben left b/c no facility..
there is just more to this story than we are getting.. I agree you can't let one player be a cancer to your team.

It's not like it wasn't all over SportsCenter and youtube...

Sorry that some people can't get a joke...

Great game by Kodi, SWAT and the rest of the team... Hope we can do it again...

Ben left because of his dad. It had nothing to do with the facility. If his dad had his way Ben would have transferred after his freshman year. And sorry but I have no problem with Stans sitting players who have a chance of being a cancer to the team for whatever reason

fish, I believe we handled UGA on the road w/out Kodi. Plus, it's not like having him in there makes us live or die by the 3 any less, b/c he's jacking them up too. Having Turner in at the 4 is just as good as having Kodi in there or better. Stewart is the one holding this team back, he needs to be a role player where we can start Kodi and Turner, and then develop Osby as a 6th man to really give us some unique length and skill

doesn't grant a release to a player wanting to transfer. That is, if KA even decides to transfer.

With no release, KA would have to sit out for 2 years, right? And then he'd have... what? One season of eligibility left? If so, KA (and family) might want to squash the talk of transferring. Two years is a long time to sit.

Wow... Kodi > Turner... Did you just watch the same game I did today?
Randy plays good defense and Stans will never sit a Senior next year, who has been starting. We have too many guards on this team, is that bad? That could be why Stans went with four guards and relied on the 3 pointer way too much this year.

Kodi would be pissed. Stans would have to deal with a player every day that wants to transfer.

No fan would have a problem with sitting a player with an attitude. However, I have a problem with him claiming Kodi was benched for practice reasons but Jamont did whatever the hell he wanted for years. You can not have different sets of rules for one player and not the rest. That creates dissension. Which leads to transfers.

How do you know Jamont didnt do what had tgo be done in practice? And more times than not he showed up on both ends of the court during games

Until the past few games, Augustus hasn't exactly been known for playing hard all the time. I think there's probably some truth to both sides. Stans may have kept him on the bench too long, but it certainly does seem to have helped his play.

No, that isnt right. He would have to sit out a year just like normal, and then he would have 2 years left to play...just like normal.
He would however have to pay his way for the redshirt year.
