Kubiak is a class act. He was a great back up QB for years behind Elway, and then became a very good offensive coordinator and turned into a really good head coach. Kubiak is a Bronco for life.

Kube is a solid coach, glad he got a super bowl and hope his health gets better. I gotta think they take a look at Kyle Shanahan as Kubes replacement.

Shanahan is right at the top of the list. Atlanta's O-Coordinator might get consideration.

Names I saw being mentioned to replace Kubs include:
Vance Joseph - DC for Miami
Bill Musgrave - OC for Oakland
Anthony Lynn - Buffalo interim HC
Kyle Shannahan - Atlanta OC

As a Broncos fan, names I'd like to see:
Sean Payton - current HC of the Saints
Jon Gruden - long shot at best, but a championship caliber D and a retooling of the O could be tempting
Jim Harbaugh - has Stanford connections with Elway but a long shot/not happening
Scott Frost - just because this is a Husker message board

Anthony Lynn is a former Bronco. Back up running back on the Super Bowl XXXII, and XXXIII teams. He also served as a special teams coach for the Broncos with Mike Shannahan. I think that it will be Kyle Shannahan myself.

Just read online somewhere that Anthony Lynn has already spoken with Gus Bradley about becoming his DC....not sure I'd want to sacrifice Wade as DC, but that wouldn't be a bad ticket at all for Denver...I think he'll take the offer in Buffalo though

Not sure what the Broncos will do, but I don't see John Elway hiring a big-personality, high-profile coach. He could barely get along with John Fox.

Elway's very good at the job, but he's the big boss and the HC will be reminded of that on a daily basis.

Isn't Vance Joseph the brother of Mickey Joseph?

Harbaugh would be a great fit in Denver IMO. I think he would have a lot to work with..
