When I heard Walken was gonna be up there, I was thinking dang this is last straw with the rules vs cowbells. If we actually promote them in the game, we're gonna get our *** handed to us by the conference or NCAA.

great job by the AD. Larry Simpleton would never have even thought of doing it, and that's why we are so much better off with a competent AD like Byrne. It's sad that Byrne is just doing his job, and he is that much better than LT.

It would now be nice if Byrne would challenge this rule with the SEC. I'm sure we'd lose the challenge but it'd be nice to see us try.

Other teams have a problem with our Cowbells, especially when they can use them as an excuse when they lose to us but I have no problem with them coming up with their own tradition involving a noise maker if they so choose. Just because they don't have a tradition, don't take ours away. Get creative and come up with something of your own instead of making lame excuses for losing.
